Establish a purpose before making any design decisions. Do you have a new LiDAR sensor you're starting? Demonstrating point cloud processing software? Brand awareness in smart cities? Your layout, messaging, and technology decisions must all be geared toward that one goal.

Design for a Technical Audience

Open, simple designs are ideal. Clean spaces can support technical visitors to be able to grasp your brand without information overload. Your audience's priorities are precision and clarity, so your booth should be.

Know the Rules at Messe München

Messe Munchen has special construction demands. For stands 35 square meters or more in size, 4 meters or more in height, with a second story, with platforms, glass structures, or closed ceiling elements, a stand construction permit from your own builder is required.

There are daily set-up times during Assembly from 7:00 to 22:00, and the Assembly is from October 4 to 6. Make all logistics and builder schedules in advance; it's not easy to make arrangements at this size of venue on the spur of the moment, and it's not cheap.
