Instead of repeatedly building furniture, players receive contracts to repair homes throughout Gielinor. After speaking with Amy in Falador, players travel to assigned houses and repair furniture using planks and steel bars.

Adept contracts are widely considered the sweet spot, offering more than 100,000 XP per hour while costing only around 30 million OSRS GP for 99 Construction.

Mahogany Homes also rewards Carpenter Points, which can be exchanged for cheap RS gold the Carpenter's Outfit. Wearing the full set grants a 2.5% Construction XP bonus.
